OOTD: Saturday Steez

I’ve been guilty of hauling out of the house on a Saturday in less than flattering ensembles. I’ve sported a lazy combination of activewear loungewear – meaning the yoga pants that never make it to class and the faded tee that has seen too many gym sessions.

I get it – comfort and ease is key for many of us who find Saturday as another day of tasks. I put elevated my Saturday steez to keep it simple but help me retain my polish in case Im spotted while out & about.

I traded my worn out screen print tee for this heathered one from Forever 21+.

Accessories add polish to an easy-going look.  I picked up these AJ Morgan sunnies at Helmline – a posh boutique on Magazine Street in New Orleans.  The necklace is by RJ Graziano, bracelet by Belleza, and bag by Coach.

These Iman joggers are flowy enough for heels, yet sporty enough for these Sam Edelman hightops. If you’re not a fan of tucked in shirts, try the quarter or half tuck. It can give a lose tee more structure.

You don’t have to be fussy about your weekend style – just look for upgraded versions of pieces you feel good in.

What’s your weekend style?

Thank you for stopping by to check out my post 🙂 And thank you so much for your support.

  2. Haha! I love what you say about those yoga pants. It’s funny how they rarely make it to the class. I love this look on you, though. So comfy!

LOLOLOL those yoga pants. Thanks Nerline. I’m glad you stopped by 🙂

  3. I LOVE those high tops!!!! My weekend style could definitely use a bit of polish. I usually wear jogger pants, a baggy tee and a hat (If I don’t feel like doing my hair)!!!

      Hi Audrey!
Much thanks! Hats are such a weekend hair saver! Especially those beanies.
